• Technical Proprietary Information: Food formulations, product recipes, processing specifications, dehydration guidelines, and laboratory test analytical results.
• Account Credentials: Client portal login credentials and user preferences.

We process collected data solely for legitimate business operations, including:

• Preparing and filing FDA/GSA compliance applications on your behalf.
• Designing, testing, and standardizing product formulations and food establishment recipes.
• Managing client portal accounts, project tracking, and onboarding workflows.
• Evaluating Associate and Consultant applications via mandatory examinations and verification.
• Processing service invoices, fee receipts, and customer support requests.

Your documents, portal data, and profile records are hosted on secure, encrypted cloud servers managed via cPanel on standard web hosting infrastructure (Namecheap).

We enforce industry-standard security protocols, including SSL/TLS encryption for transmitted data, strict user privilege controls, and periodic system backups to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or data corruption.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or technical data to third parties.

Payment Processing: All financial transactions on our platform are processed securely via Paystack. PFS does not store credit card numbers, mobile money PINs, or raw bank details on our local server database.

We recognize that product formulations, laboratory analyses, and proprietary recipes constitute crucial trade secrets. All staff, verified consultants, and scientific associates assigned to your projects are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

All rights to formulations and recipes developed or submitted remain 100% the property of the client.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you hold the right to:

• Request access to the personal and business records we hold about you.
• Request the correction or update of inaccurate or outdated business details.
• Object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing or unauthorized purposes.
• Request data erasure, subject to mandatory regulatory compliance retention periods.

We retain client accounts and project records for as long as active services are rendered or as required by regulatory authorities (e.g., maintaining audit trails for FDA registrations). Upon project completion or engagement termination, portal access may be revoked while essential records are archived securely in accordance with legal requirements.
