Terms of Service

Pneuma Food Scientifics provides specialized advisory, technical consultancy, and regulatory guidance for food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and medical product businesses. Our scope includes:

• Assisting with Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) registration workflows.
• Product development, food chemistry advisory, formulation design, and recipe standardization.
• Dehydration processing guidelines, batch testing advisory, and technical documentation.
• Comprehensive project costing, upskilling, and business plan/proposal preparation.
• Digital Client Portal management for tracking compliance milestones and document submissions.

PFS operates exclusively as an independent technical advisory firm.

Final regulatory decisions, facility inspections, product testing approvals, and license grants remain entirely under the sole jurisdiction and discretion of government regulatory agencies.

• Pre-payment Requirement: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any assessment meeting, consultation session, laboratory review, or portal onboarding.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All fees paid for assessment packages, advisory sessions, or technical documentation are final and strictly non-refundable once payment is completed, as staff and consultation resources are allocated immediately.
• Payment Processing: All electronic transactions are securely handled through our third-party merchant gateway, Paystack. By completing payment, you agree to comply with Paystack's transaction policies.

Client Onboarding: Client Portal accounts are generated upon successful booking and payment for eligible service tiers (excluding standalone Standard Onboarding and Product Development sessions).

Associates & Consultants: Applicants seeking Associate or Consultant access must complete standard registration, undergo mandatory proficiency evaluations, and submit proof of identity prior to portal authorization.

Revocation Rights: PFS reserves the right to suspend or revoke portal access immediately upon project completion, contract termination, or if any suspicious activity or breach of these Terms occurs.

Client Intellectual Property: The client retains 100% sole ownership of all product formulations, trade secrets, recipes, brand marks, and compliance paperwork generated or refined during the engagement.

PFS Proprietary Tech: PFS retains all rights, titles, and interests in our web application architecture, software design, portal interface, templates, workflows, trademarks, and educational content.

Clients are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information—including official legal entity names exactly as displayed on business registration certificates, lab reports, and ingredient lists.

PFS accepts no responsibility or liability for regulatory rejections, timeline delays, or extra government costs resulting from inaccurate, fraudulent, or missing data provided by the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pneuma Food Scientifics, its directors, employees, consultants, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including financial losses, product seizures, or business interruptions—arising from your reliance on our consultancy or portal services.

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Accra, Ghana.
